Bringing Art Deco home
Geometry, gold accents, symmetry: the graphic spirit of the 1920s and 1930s applied to the dining room and the entryway, with black frames.
Vintage is less a period than a way of looking. Advertising posters from the 1930s, Art Deco travel prints, 1900s fashion engravings, nineteenth-century natural history plates: these vintage posters bring together everything we have saved from the printed culture that came before the screen.
This selection does not chase absolute authenticity. Genuine period posters cost a fortune and remain fragile. We offer carefully made reproductions of works in the public domain, along with a few stylised pieces in the same spirit.
Fine art paper 275 gsm, archival pigment inks, printed in Europe. Optional wood framing (oak, black or white).

Between 1925 and 1935, a handful of Parisian poster artists invented the graphic language of modern travel. Cassandre, Broders, Loupot, Carlu: the story of a decade that still shapes the way we see.

The mid-century modern style has been everywhere for fifteen years. What it really is, where it comes from, and which posters suit it without falling into caricature.
