3. Products
Montmartre Poster sells curated fine-art posters: Art Deco, vintage travel, Japonisme, Bauhaus, tennis, botanical illustration and other graphic-art universes. Posters are open-edition reproductions printed in Europe on 275 g/m² fine-art paper. A solid wood frame option (oak, black, or white) can be added at checkout.
Photographs, descriptions and sizes are provided for information. Minor variations in colour or size (of a few millimetres) are inherent to the fine-art printing process and do not constitute a defect.

Prices are shown in euros (or pounds sterling, US dollars, Swiss francs depending on the selected country), including all applicable taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs which are stated before order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; products are invoiced at the prices in force at the time the order is placed.
5. Order
The Customer places an order online on montmartreposter.com through the Shopify checkout. The order becomes firm and final upon confirmation of payment. The Seller sends the Customer an email confirmation summarising the products, price and shipping address.
6. Payment
Payment is processed via Shopify Checkout, which relies on Shopify Payments and Stripe. Accepted payment methods include the main credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal where available in the Customer's country. The card is charged when the order is confirmed. No bank data is stored by the Seller; transactions are secured by the payment processors.

Ownership of the products is transferred to the Customer upon full payment. The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon physical delivery of the parcel.
9. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has a fourteen (14) day period from receipt of the last product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify the decision or bear any costs other than those provided for in article L.221-23.
To exercise this right, the Customer notifies the Seller by email at contact@montmartreposter.com, stating their name, order number and intention to withdraw. The Seller will acknowledge receipt by email.
The Customer must return the product, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, within fourteen (14) days of notifying the withdrawal. Direct return costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product.
Refunds are issued within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following receipt of the returned product (or proof of its dispatch, whichever is earlier), using the same payment method as the original order, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.
10. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
Pursuant to article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised (e.g. made-to-measure product, non-standard custom size).
11. Legal warranties
All products sold benefit from the legal warranties provided by articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code (legal warranty of conformity) and by articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code (warranty against hidden defects). The Customer may invoke these warranties with the Seller, free of charge, and obtain repair or replacement of the non-compliant or defective product, subject to the conditions provided by law.
