montmartreposter.com is the online store of Montmartre Poster, a website for the sale of artworks, providing customers with the opportunity to purchase posters and have them framed. Artworks are printed in our atelier, shipped in a reinforced tube, and delivered directly to your doorstep.

The logos, visuals, and PDFs on this site are the property of Montmartre Poster. Any total or partial reproduction of this site or any of its components is prohibited. Montmartre Poster reserves the right to claim damages in case of infringement and more generally any violation of its intellectual property rights.

The products sold on montmartreposter.com are original works printed on fine art paper. These works result from intellectual creative work by Montmartre Poster and are protected by copyright in France.

As Montmartre Poster cannot control these external sites and sources, it cannot be held responsible for the availability of these external sites and sources and cannot assume any liability for the content, advertisements, products, services, or any other material available on or from these external sites or sources.

Legal Warranty As a consumer, you benefit from a two-year legal warranty (right to claim) in accordance with European sales laws. This warranty covers material and/or manufacturing errors. Depending on the situation, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, get a refund, or a price reduction. The legal warranty does not apply to errors or damages resulting from improper handling of the product. You must make your claim within a "reasonable period" after discovering the defect. Montmartre Poster will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

For returns, claims, or exercising the right of withdrawal, you must first contact us by email at contact@montmartreposter.com. Shipments sent cash on delivery will not be accepted.
