Elle évoque la culture des tournois du Grand Chelem, de l’intensité de l’US Open à l’élégance de Roland-Garros, sans reprendre leur identité officielle ni suggérer une affiliation. À New York, le tennis ne se résume pas au court. Architecture, typographie, mode et photographie ont construit une culture visuelle immédiatement reconnaissable.
Depuis 1980, chaque édition du tournoi a son affiche, signée par un artiste différent. Tour d'horizon d'une commande publique qui a fait dialoguer art contemporain et terre battue.
L'esthétique Belle Époque et Art Déco du tennis transposée à la maison. Palettes vert terrain et ocre, cadres en chêne, et les pièces où une affiche de court trouve sa place.
